Same-Day Quotes

Text a pin and your acreage. Get a real number back.

No sales visit required for most jobs. Send us where the property sits and roughly how big it is, we'll come back with a per-acre or per-lot number the same day.

What to send us for a fast quote

  • A GPS pin or the address. Drop a pin from your phone's map app, or give us the address, or the appraisal district account number if the lot doesn't have an address yet.
  • Acreage, even a rough number. Whatever's on your deed, plat, or appraisal district listing is fine. We'll confirm the exact figure before invoicing.
  • A couple of photos or a short video. Walk the property line with your phone camera if you can. This is usually enough for us to place your job in a density tier without a separate site visit.
  • What you need done. Full clear to a buildable pad, by-the-acre mulching, a fence line opened up, or just the underbrush thinned with trees left standing.
  • Your timeline. Most jobs book inside a week. Tell us if you're working against a builder's start date or a septic permit deadline.
One fact, not an adjective: we answer live during business hours and text back same day on quote requests, we don't run an answering service that takes a message and calls back three days later.

Hours and coverage

Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Closed Sunday. We serve Cleveland, Plum Grove, Splendora, Shepherd, and Tarkington. If your property sits outside that ring, tell us your county and we'll give you a straight yes or no rather than a runaround.

One limit worth knowing: we don't do free in-person estimates for every lead sight unseen. Straightforward lots get quoted remotely off photos and a plat. Larger or unusually shaped acreage gets a paid site visit that's credited toward the job if you book us.

What happens after you send it

Sending a pin and a couple of photos doesn't put you on a calendar by itself, it gets you a real conversation with whoever's answering that day. We look at the density in your photos, cross-check the acreage against the plat or appraisal district record if you sent one, and come back with a per-acre or per-lot range and, on most straightforward lots, a firm number. If the photos leave the density or access unclear, we'll say so and ask for more before quoting rather than guessing and adjusting the price once the machine is already there.

Once you've got a number you're happy with, booking is a short back-and-forth: we confirm the address or pin, note any corner flags, POA rules, or gate codes we'll need on job day, and put you on the schedule. You'll get a date before you get an invoice, and you won't get an invoice that's different from the number you agreed to unless the scope changes and we've talked about it first.

Questions people ask before they send a pin

Do you charge just to give me a quote?

No. A remote quote off photos, a video, or a plat is free. A paid site visit only comes up for larger or unusually shaped acreage where we need to walk it to price it right, and that fee gets credited toward the job if you book.

I don't know my exact acreage. Can you still quote me?

Yes. A rough number off your deed, plat, or the county appraisal district listing is enough for a first price. We confirm the exact figure before anything gets invoiced.

What if my property is outside the five towns you list?

Tell us your county and address anyway. We'd rather give you a fast no than string you along, and some jobs just outside the ring still make sense depending on the drive.

How do I actually reach you, text or the form?

Either works. The quote form below routes straight to us the same as a text would. If you'd rather send photos directly, texting is usually faster since you can attach several at once.
